Won't turn on or start up. We figure out whether the cause is hardware, the drive, or the operating system.
Clicking, grinding, or other odd noises. Often a sign a drive or fan is failing. We catch it early and replace what's needed.
Running slow. Performance degrading over time can often be fixed without replacing the device.
Hardware replacement. Drives, memory, batteries, and other components that wear out over time.
Malware removal. Removing infections and closing the gaps that allowed them in.

Getting it to us

By appointment only. Talk to us to set up a time.

We collect the machine and return it once the work is complete.

Some issues are faster to resolve where the machine already is. We come to you.

If the issue is software and the machine still starts, we can often resolve it remotely.
